Try Chevron for any trips to Malta too. I'm a wheelchair user who travels alone and they arranged everything I required using the Net and a quick phone call to confirm. By good, I mean look for an independent agent and one that has older rather than younger staff (no disrepect to younger staff, it's just that they haven't been anywhere). Interview them a bit, ask where they have been themselves, what hotels they have stayed in and when you have found one, look after them as they are few and far between. We used to have an agent in our village, the ladies in the shop were aged, I think, about 60 plus but where they had not been was not worth going to - and it was all first hand knowledge. Remember, the internet will answer your question - BUT - are you asking the right question and are you getting the answer from the right person?
