		<description>It&#039;s neurological degeneration.  It could be Parkinson&#039;s disease, which is horrible.  They can&#039;t hold a cup still and have problems walking, etc.  It can sometimes be helped by medication, or even brain surgery with the placement of a chip that stops the tremor.

As you get older, things like vision, hearing and reflexes start to decline - that&#039;s just the way it is.  The thing is, these people know it and are often very bothered by it and how it affects their quality of life.</description>
