It could be Parkinson's disease, which is horrible. They can't hold a cup still and have problems walking, etc. It can sometimes be helped by medication, or even brain surgery with the placement of a chip that stops the tremor. As you get older, things like vision, hearing and reflexes start to decline - that's just the way it is. The thing is, these people know it and are often very bothered by it and how it affects their quality of life. It’s neurological degeneration. It could be Parkinson’s disease, which is horrible.
