Is there anyone in the Maitland NSW area, that would volunteer to help a pensioner finish a partly rebuilt ute
My disability is getting worse & I need to get the Ute, back on the road so I can get around.

Experience is not necessary. I need help the physical side & companionship.
Try the local TAFE college, if they have courses in car repairs they may get the students to work on your car the teacher which is a tradesman and always watches them I know they are always looking for cars. You will have to go down and talk to the head teacher and explain that you are disabled and need the ute
Why don’t you try advertising online? There are lots of sites where you can post wanted ads or look for any kind of service that you need. You can contact these people and interview them before you settle with one whom you think will do the best service for you. Take advantage of the bulletin boards at supermarkets,local grocery stores and churches. You can post a bulletin there looking for the service that you need and you will surely get replies from the people who lives nearby or within your area.
