How do make a cheap smoke shelter for elderly, and employees?
I live in an assisted living facility. We stay 25 feet from the building, but the weather is very hard on the elderly and the employees. I have a car, so I use my car, but not everyone will fit in my car nor do they want to sit in my car. How can I present this to the resident council.
What about some kind of garden shed or garage easy to erect garage with the door off?
