Obviously taking the government to court is a non starter in the country where the government appoints the judges. Clearly if you do not have the means to pursue the government on an international arena, the only solution is peaceful non payment of anything which the government thinks you owe it in the future. That being all future avoidable taxes of any kind, including any fines or government duties.

If the government does not play fair, then the only solution is to make the government redundant.

Does anyone have a more acceptable solution to resolving this form of conflict? (short of stealing from the government?)
Some judges may be independent, but you can be sure that lawyers are not able to act without conflicting interest. As the courts excluded non bar persons from bringing a case, you cannot therefore bring a case as no lawyer will represent you fairly.

I read a book called liberal fascism and it explained to me everything why modern liberals are the way they are because most of their big government ideas came from the fascist ideas that emerged in the beginning of the twentieth century. It explains why they want to ban smoking and fast foods and have a irrational fear that anyone that has christian values wants to force them to join. There whole belief structer resolves around the idea that government has the power to shape our lives and society into whatever form the government wants it to be.

I’ve read stories of vets coming home from Iraq and ending up on the street. This seems to be true for Vietnam vets and those in World War II. It seems the government would at least help these people get into some kind of low income housing or rehabilitation and schooling. Where is the government when a vet needs help?

Abortion, Same-Sex Marriage, The Death Penalty, Education, etc. should all be in the hands of the states! Why should the government be able to make decisions on these issues, point on point. Who’s saying our Federal Government has the best judgment? Let the people decide on these issues in their respect states, and create state competition. Why do we tolerate the government in our lives, in social issues such as these?
Does not the tenth amendment state that all rights not mentioned in the Constitution belong exclusively to the states or the people?

My professor assigned an essay for us to write and his only instructions is to have it government related. I am suppose to use evidence, or support from a few reading we did together in class.
