		<description>Hola soy Policìa de la Provincia de Buenos Aires Argentina desde hace 25 años, me quedan 7 de servicio para jubilarme con el l00 por cien del sueldo que calculo rondarà en 9000 pesos o sea 2100 dòlares de Uds. la verdad no saben como los envidio por que se pueden jubilar a los 20 años, sigo trabajando conduciendo una Direcciòn de Investigaciones y a veces los nervios (destrozados) me juegan malas pasadas pero los domino, les mando saludos y que disfruten de sus jubilaciones (el sentimiento de ser y sentirse Policìa no tiene fronteras)</description>

good idea though a friend of mine became an officer at 20 retired at 45 and then went to work for ibm for 20 years. now living high on the hog.

		<description>Yes  the  pensions  are  very  good......   there may  be a min.  age for retirement.......they  are  better  now than when I  retired  in 1990.....after  20  years.......I  get about 3 grand  a month   which  I am still  very  happy  with.......  but  I  retired  in Central America  where   prices   are  very  low compared  to  US.....  I  do  pay  for Health  and  Drug  Ins.....   about   300  a  month.....  I  keep  it because  if  something serious    happens   I  go to the US   ......</description>

		<description>Retired police officers do have good benefits. It varies by municipality, though.  Who knows what the pension will be by the time you retire, or what the cost of living will be by then. it&#039;s hard to predict an exact dollar amount.  Look at it this way, if you put in 25 years on the force, you will still be young enough to retire and start a new career if you want.  A friend of mine did that and now he owns a luncheonette and is quite happy with his new life.</description>

		<description>Well I can tell you this, at the federal level it is outstanding, not sure about the local and state level. Economists believe that law enforcement is the only true recession proof career! America needs good people because we have some trying times ahead. The best advice I can give you regarding retirement is contribute heavily to your 401K!</description>
